THANKS to Marketing1 for uploading this!  Obviously, this as well is a “NO SHARING ELSEWHERE” release.  

So here’s the deal with this.  It’s a first run OCR scan.  It will need a lot of work to make it “perfect”, so any or all of you gung ho people out there should get together to compare this to the original and ensure there are no errors.  

To facilitate this process, I included in this directory a *.pdf and a *.doc file, so that it’s easy to edit.
